In person participation can include employee of your institution, an alumni, or current study abroad student.

If in-person participation is not possible, you can send in promotional materials to be distributed at the event.

In-person participation includes:

Ground transfers from airport to the hotel and vice versa

Counter space at the EducationUSA pavilion no less than 90cm x 60cm, a chair, bottled water and sign for each participating institution.

Institution profile on the local EducationUSA website, EducationUSA Vilnius Facebook page, in the handouts distributed to the exhibition and events attendees

We are also glad to inform you, that EducationUSA Russia is hosting the 6th Annual EducationUSA Russia Winter Tour, which takes place February 9 - 17 and stops in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok!

This year EducationUSA Russia is thrilled to share a special invitation to join the tour from Jon M. Huntsman, Jr., United States Ambassador to Russia. You can read the letter here. For those who register for the full tour, EducationUSA Russia will provide the invitation letter needed to secure a business visa, which all U.S. university representatives are required to have in order to participate in EducationUSA events in the Russian Federation.

EducationUSA Russia will be hosting one more informational webinar on November 27 at 10am EST, and the final registration will close on December 1. All details about the tour are on the landing page, including agendas, registration fee, and contact details.
